For Petitioner : Mr.C.Saravanakuumar For Respondents : Mr.B.Thanga Aravindh Government Advocate (crl.side) for R1 to R3 O R D E R This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking for a direction to the respondents Police not to harass the petitioner under the guise of a complaint allegedly given by the respondents 4 to 6.

2. According to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, there was a dispute between the petitioner and the unofficial respondents. It is submitted that the fourth respondent has invested some money in QNET online Trading Company, for which, the petitioner is one of the distributors and the respondent No.4 is claiming the said money from the petitioner.

The learned Government Advocate (criminal side) appearing for the official respondents submits that a complaint given by the respondents 4 to 6 is pending before the Inspector of Police, Thirumangalam Police Station and not before the third respondent Police. It is submitted that the Police will complete the enquiry on appearance of the petitioner and dispose of the same as expeditiously as 2/4

possible.

4. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (criminal side) appearing for the official respondents, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to appear for enquiry before the Inspector of Police, Thirumangalam Police Station, on receipt of summons and the respondents Police are directed to complete the enquiry within a period of two weeks from the date of appearance of the petitioner.
