ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 294(b), 420 and 506(i) of IPC in Crime No.212 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The first anticipatory bail petition filed by the petitioner was dismissed as withdrawn in Crl.O.P(MD)No.4047 of 2023 by order dated 10.03.2023. The second anticipatory bail petition was entertained by this Court only on the ground that an attempt can be made to resolve the dispute amicably. The parties were sent to the mediation centre. The parties were not able to reach any settlement hence a mediation report has been sent stating that no agreement was reached between the parties.

3.This Court does not find any change in circumstances. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
