(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) The writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a writ of Mandamus to remove the encroachment in S.Nos.533, 537, 540, 541, 542, 549 situated at Ranimangammal Salai Sundarapandiam https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD)No.18030 of 2020 Village, Srivilliputhur Taluk, Virudhunagar District, in pursuant to the representation said to have been made on 10.09.2019. 2.In the counter affidavit filed by the respondent No.4, it has been stated that in pursuant to the representation made, a field survey was undertaken, wherein, the alleged encroachments of lands were found to be private lands. A report was also filed by the authority attached to the respondent No.4.

3. In such view of the matter, we do not find any merit in this writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed. No costs.
