ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.6870 of 2025 dated 29.04.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this court regularly and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has complied with the condition for nearly 60 days. In this case, charge sheet has been filed.

4. Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court, in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.6870 of 2025 dated 29.04.2025, is relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Court on hearing dates. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
