This writ petition is filed seeking to direct the respondent police to include the name of the petitioner in Crime No.3 of 2023 on the file of the 4th respondent police in the list of victims / depositors / witness

2. When the matter came up for admission, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) submitted that already the petitioner's name has been included.

3. Heard the learned counsel on either side and carefully perused the materials available on record.
