ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent.

2. The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 279, 304(A) @ 279 and 304(ii) of I.P.C., in Crime No.827 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

3. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner and another engaged in illegal transportation river sand. When the general public objected the same, on the instruction of his owner/A2, the petitioner drove the vehicle namely, JCB bearing registration No.TN19-X-5757, in the wrong route and dashed as against the two wheeler and also caused death of the rider of the two wheeler. He not only drove the in rash and negligent manner but also in the wrong route. Therefore, the custodial of the interrogation is very much necessary. anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
