O RDER This petition is filed seeking transfer of investigation in Crime No.197 of 2022 from the file of the respondent No.2 police to the file of the respondent No.3 police.

2.According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner is falsely implicated in this case and the police are insisting him to admit the case in the Court.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that the police have completed the investigation and filed the charge sheet and the same was taken on file in S.T.C.No.468 of 2023 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Paramakudi.

4.Since the charge sheet has already been filed after completion of the investigation, this petition becomes infructuous, thereby dismissed as infructuous. Since the petitioner has expressed his apprehension that the police have insisted him to admit the case, the learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to advise 2/4

his client appropriately, so that he can contest the case and prove his innocence in the Court.
