Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.VADIVELAN T, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Crl. side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.8568 of 2023 dated 17.05.2023. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly and investigation has been completed and final report has been filed before the concerned Court and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.173 of 2023.

4.Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.8568 of 2023 is fully relaxed and the petitioners shall appear before the concerned Court on receipt of summons.
