ORDER
Learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Civil Revision Petition reserving the right of the 1/3
Petitioner to file a fresh application for injunction and also to implead the wife of the Defendant as another party to the suit. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

In the result, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the clarification that if any fresh application is filed for Injunction before the Additional District Court (Fast Track Court), Tenkasi shall not be inhibited or influenced by the impugned order and shall also decide the matter afresh on merits and in accordance with law. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
