No.8261 of 2025:Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed U/S 483(1)(b) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.MP.No.6597 of 2025 in Crl.A(MD) No.508 of 2025, dated 22.05.2025 that the petitioner shall report before the 2nd respondent police weekly once i.e., on every Monday at 10.30.A.M. 1/4

Prayer in Crl.A.(MD)No.508 of 2025 :

Criminal Appeal is filed under Section 14-A(2) of Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities)Act 1989 (Amendment Act)1 of 2016, to set aside the order passed in Cr.MP.No.1015 of 2025, dated 17.04.2025, on the file of the Principal Sessions Judge, Tenkasi, and allow the Criminal Appeal and enlarge the appellant on bail in Crime No.103 of 2025, on the file of the second respondent police.

ORDER: This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr. N.Vignesh, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr. K.Gnanasekaran, Government Advocate(Criminal Side) for the 1st and 2nd respondents, this Court made the following order: "This petition is filed to relax the condition which was imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.6597 of 2025 in Crl.A.(MD)No.508 of 2025 dated 22.05.2025.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the charge sheet has been filed in this case.

3. It is reported that the petitioner / appellant is the sole bread winner and with great difficulty he is reporting weekly once before the second respondent to comply the condition and hence prayed for relaxation of condition. 2/4

4. Considering the conduct of the petitioner in complying the condition without fail and considering the fact that the charge sheet is filed, I feel the condition imposed on him can be relaxed.

5. Accordingly, the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P. (MD)No.6597 of 2025 in Crl.A.(MD)No.508 of 2025 dated 22.05.2025 is hereby relaxed."
