This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.A.(MD)No.564 of 2026 dated 13.05.2026, in and by which, the petitioner was directed to appear before the learned II Additional Sessions Judge (PCR), Tirunelveli, on all working days at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent Police submits that the petitioner has regularly complied with the condition for nearly 28 days.

3. Since it is reported that the petitioner has regularly complied with the condition for nearly 28 days, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.A.(MD)No.564 of 2026 dated 13.05.2026, is relaxed and this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered accordingly. 30.06.2026 ogy 2/4
