ORDER

Challenging the 1st condition imposed by the learned Principal District and Session Judge, Karur, in Crl.M.P.No.615 of 2025 in C.A.No. 87 of 2025, vide order dated 29.04.2025, directing the petitioner to pay 25% of the compensation amount to the credit in C.C.No.446 of 2017 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court @ Magisterial Level, Karur, this Criminal Revision case is filed. 1/4

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that his only plight is that he is willing to pay 25% of the compensation amount as directed by the learned Principal District and Session Judge, Karur, however, he needs a period of two months time for making this payment.

3. In view of the same, this Court modifies the impugned order permitting the petitioner to deposit 25% of the compensation amount to the credit of C.C.No.446 of 2017 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court @ Magisterial Level, Karur, on or before 29.08.2025. If not complied, on or before 29.08.2025, the petitioner shall not be permitted to seek further extension of time before any Court. Till then the petitioner should not be secured.

4. With the above directions, this criminal revision case is disposed of. No costs.
