ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD). No. 13687 of 2024 in Crl.A.(MD). No. 1112 of 2024, dated 21.03.2025.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was directed to stay at Dindigul and report before the Inspector of Police, Dindigul Town North Police Station, Dindigul daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. The petitioner has been complying the condition regularly. However, the petitioner is a daily worker, prays to relax the said condition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying the condition only for 36 days and during the suspension period, he has been involved in another case and in that case, he was also enlarged on bail.

4.Taking into consideration the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P(MD)No.13687 of 2024 in Crl.A.(MD) No.1112 of 2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall stay at Trichy and 2/4

report before the Inspector of Police, Contonment Police Station, Trichy daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
