To call for the records in the judgment of the Sessions Judge, Karur in S.C.No.56 of 2014 by judgment dated 08.11.2019 and set aside the same in so far as the 1st Appellant/ 1st Accused in the above case.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.V.PERUMAL, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.S.CHANDRASEKAR, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.10350 of 2019 in Crl.A.(MD)No.567 of 2019 dated 29.11.2019.

CRL MP(MD) No.6846 of 2020 2.On the side of the petitioner, it is stated that this Court has granted bail to the petitioner on 29.11.2019, directing the petitioner to appear before the concerned Court at 10.30 a.m on the first working day of every week. It is stated that the petitioner is complying the condition till now and prayed the condition to be relaxed.

3.On the side of the prosecution, it is stated that the petitioner is complying the condition till now. 4.In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.10350 of 2019 in Crl.A.(MD) No.567 of 2019 dated 29.11.2019. Hence, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed. The petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned Court as and when required by that Court.
