Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to sanction the educational loan to the Petitioner's daughter V.Malini for her B.E(Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering Course)at Karpagam College of Engineering, S.F.No.758, 759 and 760, Othakkal Mandabam, Coimbatore for the academic years 2016-2017, 2017-2018, 2018-2019 and 2019-2020.

Mr.A.Muthukaruppan, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the first respondent and Mr.N.Dilip Kumar, learned counsel takes notice for the second respondent/Bank. 2.By consent of both parties, the main Writ Petition is taken up for disposal, at the admission stage itself. 3.Though the prayer sought for in this Writ Petition is for sanctioning of educational loan to the Petitioner's daughter, the learned counsel for the Petitioner fairly submitted that the application for grant of such loan has not yet been given by the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Petitioner to the second respondent/Bank,since the said application was not furnished to the Petitioner, in spite of making a request for the same.
4.The learned counsel for the second respondent/Bank submitted that if the petitioner approached the second respondent/Bank, the loan application will be furnished and as and when the application is submitted by the Petitioner, the same will be considered on its own merits and in accordance with law. 5.Recording the above said submissions of the respective counsels, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent to furnish the loan application to the petitioner within seven days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and with a further direction to the second respondent to consider the said application, if the same is furnished by the petitioner with relevant documents and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks thereafter.
6.With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
