ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 4th and 5th respondents herein to conduct enquiry and to furnish the report to the petitioner.

2.According to the petitioner as well as the respondents, the petitioner has already filed a suit in O.S.No.141 of 2022 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Kovilpatti and the same is pending. In the meanwhile, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition seeking a direction to conduct enquiry based on the petitioner's representation.

3.Already the 4th respondent has directed the 5th respondent to conduct an enquiry and the papers are pending with the 5th respondent. Therefore, the 5th respondent is directed to conduct the enquiry and pass orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Thereafter, the 5th respondent shall submit the report before the 4th respondent. 2/4

4.With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
