O R D E R

This Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to survey and demarcate the boundaries of the land situate in S.No. 37/4A3 (Patta No. 692), and S.No. 37/4A6 (Patta No. 915) in Savalaperi Village, Kayathar Taluk, Thoothukudi District.

2. When the Writ Petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that in response to the application submitted by the petitioner dated 27.08.2024, survey was conducted on 10.10.2024 in the presence of the petitioner's son-in-law Laxmanapandi. She has also produced the acknowledgement signed by the above said Laxmanapandi, on behalf of the petitioner.

3. In view of the fact that the request of the petitioner to survey of the property has already been considered by the second respondent, this Court is not inclined to entertain the Writ Petition.

4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. However, if the 2/4

petitioner is not satisfied with the survey conducted by the official respondents, it is open to her to seek resurvey of the property by filing necessary application through online. If any such application is filed, the same shall be considered by the respondents 2 and 3 in the manner known to law.
