PRAYER: Petition filed under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, to direct the respondent to complete the investigation in Crime No.1121 of 2020 dated 18.06.2020 and to lay the final report within a stipulated time.

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file a charge sheet in Crime No.1121 of 2020, on the file of the respondent within the time stipulated by this Court.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would state that the FIR in Crime No.1121 of 2020 is pending without filing the final report till date.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent, on instructions, would submit that the investigation is almost completed and the Final Report is made ready on 24.06.2020 and prays three weeks time to file the same.

5. Considering the submission, the respondent is directed to file the Final Report in Crime No.1121 of 2020, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

6. With the aforesaid direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
