Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2.This petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to transfer the investigation in Crime No.4 of 2019, from All Women Police Station, Melur to any one of the nearest All Women Police Station in Madurai District, within the stipulated time.
3. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.side) on instructions, would submit that after completion of investigation, Charge Sheet has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate Court, Melur and the case was taken on file in CC No.200 of 2020. The next date of hearing is 29.01.2021.
