ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to the learned Subordinate Judge, Pudukkottai, to expedite the proceedings in E.P.No.37 of 2017 in STC No.453 of 2008.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 2 and 3 submits that pending the Execution Petition, the amount has been settled to the petitioner. The petitioner has also filed a memo to that effect before the Executing Court, namely, Sub Court, Pudukkottai. The learned counsel has also produced a copy of the memo filed by the petitioner before this Court.

3. Recording the said memo, the Civil Revision Petition is closed. No costs.
