This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st Respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 11.03.2022 and to cancel the fraudulent registration, registered in vide Document No.1591/2010 on the file of the 2nd respondent office, within a stipulated time that may be fixed by this Court.

2. In view of Section 77-A of the Registration Act having been struck down by this Court in W.P.No.10291 of 2022 and Batch cases, dated 02.08.2024, nothing survives for consideration in this Writ Petition, which is, accordingly, dismissed.
