This writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking a direction to direct the second respondent to take necessary action on the complaint of the petitioner, dated 18.06.2022 (C.S.R.No.232/2022). 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that based on the complaint, dated 18.06.2022 given by the petitioner, C.S.R.No.232 of 2022 was given and now it is under enquiry. 3.In view of the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the second respondent is hereby directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 18.06.2022 and to take suitable action on merits within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
