This petition is filed to modify the the condition (i) passed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Madurai, in Crl.M.P.No.3960 of 2022 dated 04.08.2022.

2.The learned Principal Sessions Judge, Madurai, has granted bail to the petitioners on 04.08.2022 with a condition that the petitioner should appear and sign before Inspector of police, respondent police station daily at 10.00 a.m until further orders. 3.The grievance of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that because of the life threat, he did not comply the condition regularly. Hence, he seeks modification with regard to the above said condition.

4.The petitioner may move the concerned Court by setting out the facts and circumstances. Depending upon the outcome of the move, the petitioner may take further action.
