This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P(MD) No.3914 of 2025 in Crl.OP(MD).No.3592 of 2025 dated 24.03.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

4. Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P(MD) No.3914 of 2025 in Crl.OP(MD).No.3592 of 2025 dated 24.03.2025, is relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the concerned court on hearing dates.
