This Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. seeking quashment of FIR in Crime No.84 of 2023 pending on the file of the first respondent Police and quash the same as against this petitioner.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the respondent Police have completed the investigation and charge sheet is also filed and the same was taken on file as J.C.No.61 of 2023 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Nagercoil.

3. Since the very purpose for which the petitioner has already been defeated on account of filing of charge sheet, cause does not survive for the petitioner to continue this petition.
