This petition has been filed to issue a direction directing the 2nd respondent to receive the petitioner's complaint dated 19.11.2020 and to take action in accordance with criminal laws. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would state that based on the complaint of the petitioner, FIR has been registered in Crime No.603/2020 on 12.12.2020 for the offences under Sections 294(b), 323, 355, 506(1) of IPC and Sections 3(1)(r), 3(1)(s) and 3(2)(va) of the Schedued Caste and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Amendment Act, 2016.
