ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to modify the condition in paragraph No.6(ii) imposed in Crl.M.P.No.2617 of 2023, dated 23.6.2023, on the file of the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Ramanathapuram.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioner was not directly involved in the said occurrence. Hence, prays to modify the condition in paragraph No.6(ii) that the petitioner has to appear before the respondent police daily twice at 10.30 a.m., and 5.00p.m., until further orders. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

No.12427 of 2023 3.In view of the submission made by the petitioner, the condition in paragraph No.6(ii) imposed in Crl.MP.No.2617/2023, dated 23.06.2023 by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Ramanathapuram, is hereby modified to the effect that: ● that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police as and when required for interrogation, on receipt of summons.
