2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side, and I have perused the affidavit filed in support of this petition.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, and also considering the fact that since the main Appeal Suit in A.S.(MD)No.46 of 2023 is already posted for final hearing on 15.10.2025, the interim stay already granted by this Court in C.M.P.(MD)No.3054 of 2023 in A.S.(MD)No.46 of 2023 is extended till 15.10.2025.
