This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first and second respondents to recover the petitioner's vehicle bearing registration No. TN-72-BW-8888, as the petitioner is now ready to pay the entire outstanding amount to the third and fourth respondents.

2.The learned Counsel for the fourth respondent submitted that already they recovered the vehicle bearing Registeration No. TN-72https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.14509 of 2020 BW-8888 from the petitioner. Infact the petitioner's brother had already filed a Writ Petition to repossess the vehicle bearing Registration No. TN-72-BW-8888 and it is pending. 3.Therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. Accordingly the Criminal Original petition is dismissed as infructuous.
