O RDER This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking quashment of FIR in Crime No.4 of 2022 pending on the file of the 1st respondent. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the 1st respondent has submitted that the respondent Police has completed the investigation and filed charge sheet for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 323, 324 and 506(ii) IPC before the Juvenile Justice Board and the same is taken on file as J.C.No.54 of 2023. 3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the 1st respondent, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
