When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Central Government Standing Counsel for the first respondent submits that since the third respondent has not paid the charges for the field inspection to the first respondent Oil Corporation, the selection of the third respondent was rejected and the relief sought for in this Writ Petition has now become infructuous.

2.The petitioner has challenged the selection of the third respondent, as a dealer of the first respondent Corporation as published in the official web site, dated 19.11.2020. Since it is represented by the learned Central Government Standing Counsel for the first respondent that the third respondent's candidature has now been rejected on the ground that he has not paid the charges for the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD)No.18210 of 2020 field inspection, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Writ Petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
