PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India to direct the District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate, Singampunari to dispose the suit filed by the petitioner in O.S.No.76 of 2020 pending on the file of the District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate, Singampunari, within a time frame fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

O R D E R

The Civil Revision Petition has been filed to direct the learned District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate, Singampunari, to dispose the suit in O.S.No.76 of 2020 within a time frame fixed by this Court.

2.It is the case of the petitioner that originally the suit in O.S.No.6 of 2019 was filed in the year 2017 before the learned District Munsif, Thiruppathur, Sivagangai District and now the same was transferred to the file of the learned District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate, Singampunari and renumbered as O.S.No.76 of 2020. Therefore, the petitioner seeks speedy disposal of the case. 3.Since the suit in O.S.No.76 of 2020 is of the year 2017, the learned District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate, Singampunari, is directed to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.76 of 2020, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
