Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a writ of Mandamus calling for the records pursuant to the proceedings of the 4th respondent in Na.Ka.No. 2977/16/A8 dated 21.10.2016 and quash the same and consequently directing the 1st respondent to direct the 4th respondent to consider petitioner's daughter's marriage as a special case and consequentially direct the 4th respondent to disburse the marriage expense to the petitioner's daughter and enable her to avail the benefits of the Government like other married women.
