ORDER

The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents to survey his property situated in Old Survey No.365/36, New Survey No.365/334, with an extent of 5 1⁄2 cent and 17 Sq.ft at Chinnathoppu street, Ward No.5, (New Ward No.14), Thiruppathur Town, Sivagangai District, by considering his application dated 14.06.2025. 2.Heard the arguments of Mr.P.Aju Tagore, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.A.Baskaran, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3.According to the petitioner, he purchased the subject property under a registered sale deed dated 16.05.1994. Thereafter, he submitted a representation on 13.06.2025 seeking survey of the property. The same has not been considered. Hence, the petitioner has come before this Court.

4.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner has not submitted any online application seeking survey of the subject property. If proper online application is filed, his request will be considered in accordance with law.

5.In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the petitioner is directed to submit a proper online application before the first respondent for survey of the subject property within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On submission of proper online application, the respondents shall consider the same and pass final orders on its own merits, within a period

of eight weeks from the date of submission of the application, after issuing notice to the petitioner, neighbouring land owners and other interested parties. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
