ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.OP(MD).No.6682 of 2025 on 10.04.2026.

2.Heard both sides.

3.Considering the nature of offence, the fact that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and the completion of investigation in this case, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
