For Respondent : Mr.P.Kottai Chamy, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No. 270 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 379 of IPC and Section 21(1) of Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 in Crime No.270 of 2021, seek anticipatory bail.

2. The prosecution case is that the petitioners have illegally transported 1/4 unit of river sand by using Tractor. Hence, the complaint.

CRL OP(MD). No.14634 of 2021 3.It is reported by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the first petitioner is having four previous cases in Crime Nos.109 of 2018, 25 of 2019, 37 of 2019, 523 of 2020 and the second petitioner is having three previous cases in Crime Nos.122 of 2019, 436 of 2020, 523 of 2020 on the file of the respondent Police.

4. Considering the nature of offence and the antecedents of the petitioners, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
