ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused No.2, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the alleged offence punishable under Section 294(b), 448, 323, 1/3

324 and 506(ii) I.P.C., in Crime No.159 of 2023 on the file of the respondent Police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner and another have assaulted the defacto complainant and his brother and scolded them in filthy language, the injured are admitted in hospital. Hence, the complaint.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent Police submitted that the injured are still in hospital.

5. Considering the fact and circumstances of this case and considering that injured is still in hospital, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
