For Respondent : Mr.Kr.Bharathi Kannan, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No. 367/2020 on the file of the respondent police ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent.

2. The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 147, 148, 294(b), 427 and 506(ii) of I.P.C. and Section 25(1) of Arms Act, in Crime No.367 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

3. The case of the prosecution is that A1 to A3 created a document as if the defacto complainant's father executed tenancy agreement in favour of them. The accused conspired together and trespassed into the defacto complainant's house and damaged the household articles. Hence, the complaint.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) points out that there are as many as five cases are pending against the petitioner.

5. Taking note of the bad antecedents of the petitioner, This Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
