2.CMP(MD)Nos.9631, 9633 and 9635 of 2024 are filed to condone the delay in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the one Arumugam,1st respondent in CMP(MD)No.4223 of 2019, to set aside the abatement and to bring on record the petitioners as legal heirs of C.Arumugam respectively.
