ORDER

Contempt Petition filed under Section 11 of Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, to initiate contempt proceedings against the contemnor/respondent and punish him for the willful disobedience of the 1/4

order of this Court in W.P(MD) No.9101 of 2023, dated 20.04.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that liberty may be granted to the petitioner to challenge the resolution that was adopted in the Peace Committee Meeting.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that liberty may be granted to the petitioner, already liberty is available to the petitioner for challenging the resolution that was adopted in the above said Peace Committee Meeting. The petitioner can workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings, for which, no permission is required from this Court.

4. In view of the above said development, nothing survives for further consideration or direction in this matter. Hence, this Contempt Petition stands closed.
