ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for R1.

2. Considering the nature of relief to be granted, issuance of notice to R2 is dispensed with.

3. The petitioner had purchased the petition mentioned land from the brother of the second respondent. He now seeks issuance of separate patta. He has given a representation in this regard to the first respondent.

4. The first respondent shall enquire into the petitioner's representation and after hearing the second respondent and other interested persons, pass final order within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
