This petitioner seeks for a direction to the the 2nd respondent to issue Legal Heir Certificate based on her representation dated 16.11.2016.

2.According to the petitioner, her younger brother Nagarajan died on 10.12.2013 at Madurai and cremated at Paramakudi, while he was working as Veterinary Doctor at Paramakudi, at the time of his death. It is the further case of the petitioner that her younger brother was unmarried and the petitioner and her sister, namely, Balammal, Boopathi and Baskaran are the legal heir of the deceased. Therefore, the petitioner approached the second respondent seeking for issuance of legal heirship certificate. It appears that the said application has not been considered so far. 3.Considering the above-stated facts and circumstances of the case, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

16.11.2016 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
