Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents No. 2 and 3 herein to regularize the service of the petitioner in permanent post of sweeper with effect from initial date of appointment based on the representation dt. 13.01.2020.

O R D E R

It is stated by the learned Counsel for the respondents that the order of the Writ Court has been complied with on 02.11.2020. Hence, the disobedience alleged cannot be termed as willful in nature.

2.Accordingly, this Contempt Petition stands closed. If at all the petitioner is aggrieved against the compliance order dated 02.11.2020, it is open to him to challenge the same in accordance with law.
