ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 and 2 herein to cancel the above said document No. 2085/2011 dated 29.07.2022 and not to entertain any documents pertaining to the registration of the property comprised in Old Survey No. 119/2 new Survey No. 119/2G of an extent of 1150 sq. feet has been classified as a house site and the same is situated at Thottiyam Village, Thottiyam Taluk, Trichy District by considering the petitioner's representation dated 10.07.2024 within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the official respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.07.2024 and pass orders in accordance to law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If the application is submitted under Section 77(A) of the Registration Act, the official respondents are directed to conduct an enquiry under Section 83 of the Registration Act, after issuing 2/4

notice to all the parties and thereafter, pass orders in accordance to law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3.With the above observations, this Writ Petition is allowed.
