The petitioner is seeking for a direction to the first respondent to dispose of his representation, dated 07.04.2011, wherein and whereby, he sought for some action against certain entries made in the survey records by the third respondent, which, according to the petitioner, are wrong entries made with connivance of some private individuals.

consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 07.11.2011, and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, also by giving due opportunity of hearing to all the parties including the third respondent as well as the private parties, against whom, the petitioner makes some complaints. 3.Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of only with a direction to the first respondent to pass such an order within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
