ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the 2nd respondent herein to consider the petitioner's representation dated 24.03.2026 and take necessary action against the 3rd and 4th respondents upon the same within the time limit as may be fixed by this Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the 2nd respondent police against the 3rd and 4th respondents with regard to the trespass and physical and verbal abuse committed by them. However, no proper action was taken, and therefore, this petition was filed.

3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent police submitted that the dispute between the parties arises out of a property dispute among relatives and that the complaint has been duly enquired into by the police in accordance with law.

4. Heard the learned counsel on either side and carefully perused the materials before this Court. Considering the nature of the order proposed to be passed against the private respondents, notice to them is dispensed with. 2/4

Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, the second respondent police is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 24.03.2026 and conduct a discreet enquiry as to the criminal act committed by the private respondents, after issuing summons to the parties concerned, under Section 64 of the BNSS, and conclude the same, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. This writ petition is disposed with the above directions. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 10.06.2026 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No sm TO:-
