Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1 to 3 respondents to remove the encroachment made by the 4,5 respondents in Kathir Narasinga Perumal Temple and land in Survey Number 484, 367, 373, 393 admeasuring 8 A 91C situated at Vathala Thoppam Patti Village, Dindigul District consequently permit the Villagers of V.Kovilpatti Village, Vathala Thoppam Patti, Dindigul District to use the Temple Land, Agriculture Land, Water Tank, Community Hall and Oorani and permit them to enter into the Kathir Narasinga Perumal Temple and to worship the said temple based on the petitioner's representation dated 09.10.2016.
