Cont.P.(MD)No.1163 of 2019 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that pursuant to the order dated 10.09.2019, the respondent police conducted fresh investigation in Crime No.114/2013 and the same is in progress. Hence, the respondent police complied with the order of this Court. 3.Recording the said submission, this contempt petition is closed.
