ORDER

The petitioners are accused Nos.1 to 3 in Crime No.87 of 2025 on the file of the 1st respondent for the offence punishable under Sections 296(b), 115(2), 351(3), 303(2) of BNSS. They have moved this petition seeking to quash the said proceedings.

2. When this petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that investigation in Crime No.87 of 2025 has already been completed and the final report has also been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kuzhithurai.

3. Since the final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kuzhithurai, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioners to challenge the final report, if they are having any ground.
