: Respondents PRAYER: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the 1st respondent to entertain the appeal filed by the petitioner in ROC No.7673 dated 27.06.2019 by condoning the delay and to her the appeal on merits.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH,J.) The only grievance of the petitioner is that the statutory appeal filed by her has not been considered in view of the delay in filing the appeal.

2.Though the learned counsel for the respondent submitted that no application has been filed seeking condonation of delay, inasmuch as the petitioner seeks to address her grievance, the present appeal has been filed and the delay being not huge, we are inclined to direct the appellate authority to entertain the appeal and decide it on merits.

3. The petitioner is directed to re-present the papers within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such representation, the appellate authority may entertain the same, number it and thereafter decide it on merits. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
